For free gatherings: $12/hour
For business related or revenue generating gatherings: $24/hour
Let us know if cost is an issue, and we’ll work with you.

The room can be arranged to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.

Living Room Setup: Three small clusters of 3-4 chairs (see photos below)
Discussion Setup: One circle of 10-14 chairs (see photos below)

We’ll include 15 minutes before and after your reservation for setup and cleanup.
Just let us know if you’ll need additional time.

Tea: There’s a selection of teas, an electric kettle, filtered water, sugar, paper cups, stir sticks, and napkins available in the room.
Coffee: Let us know if you’d like coffee, and we’ll brew enough for your group (we cannot provide perishable items, so make sure to bring your own coffee creamer if you need it).

Off street parking is available in the lot on the south side of Selby just east of Kent Street.
There’s also ample street parking along Selby.
